Exhausted today. Rode the stationary bike for twenty minutes. Wasn't a great workout. Was talking to J about cat poop in the apartment for a few minutes and realized I wasn't pedaling very quickly. Ramped it up. Listened to Leonard Cohen on my iPod. Love Leonard Cohen. But I kept having to skip songs for something that wouldn't make me all sugar-eyed and mushy. Probably not the best workout music I've ever chosen.
It was stormy and rainy here for awhile. It seems to have cleared up quite a bit, so I'm going to hop in the shower and then take a walk. It'll be over two miles of walking. Possibly a bit of a jog on the way back, though that depends mainly on the heat. I won't be wearing athletic shorts, so too sweaty equals ew ew ew.
I'm going to stop tagging these posts. Because I doubt anybody is ever going to search through them for days I rode a stationary bike or listened to my iPod.
Hello!
Hello!

I did take the walk! I speed walked, because running wasn't going to happen what with the heat. I'm using this comment to update the post!
DeleteAlso, hello hello hello! Are you cardioing, yet? Are you running or biking or doing jumping jacks in front of a big mirror or hanging out on an elliptical or setting up a camera?
:D
Yay you for the speed walking!

Smoothness in the leg region is uber important for proper form when working one's lats. It has been proven. By science. I think I read that somewhere.
